Class Descriptions


BodyPump  is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!

Cardio Fusion  Not your typical P.E. Class.  Innovative, energetic class that involves athletic style drills and strength training for all major muscle groups.  Improve balance, strength, endurance and
muscular definition.


Shape  This class is an efficient 45 minute non-stop cardio and weight training workout.  Keep your heart rate up with spinning, running drills and jump rope while also shaping your body using weights and plyometric moves.
 
Yoga  We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch.  All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.

Spin4Life* A high energy spin class offered by Dallas' leader in spinning, Spin4Life Studios.

KFM (Keysi Fighting Method) *  Learn the dynamic fighting style used in
Batman Begins and Batman "The Dark Knight". This ballistic system cultivates
the predator instinct in each of us, using the body's natural responses to
both attack and defend. KFM is NOT a martial art, it's a fighting method
concerned with exploring survival on our modern day streets. Get a killer
workout and learn how to defend yourself at the same time! Beginners are
welcome, no experience is necessary.
